We are the storage experts and are always happy to help and discuss your needs over the phone. We always advise contacting us in advance to ensure we can get you into the best possible space to suit your needs.
Read moreYou can either book and move in online directly from our website or you can contact us and we can send you an online move in link to your phone or email. Once this is complete, we have received payment and verified your ID, we send you a PIN for the gate and map showing the location of your space. You’re then good to go, just don’t forget to bring your own padlock.
Your space is secured with your own padlock, and only you have the keys. The entire complex is surrounded by security fencing with PIN access at the electric security gate that is under Camera Surveillance.
We always recommend customers insure their goods whilst in storage. Contact your insurance company or broker and let them know your storing with us and they will usually be able to provide coverage at no extra cost.
We debit a credit card or your bank account automatically each month as all payments are in advance. We also require a 1 month deposit bond that is refunded on move out providing your space is left empty and clean.
There is a one month minimum charge, but you can take storage for as little as one day if you like. We ask for 14 days notice for move out.
